Needed 5 pre-employment labs drawn and choose Newport Urgent Care in hopes that they had someone with excellent phlebotomy skills as I’m a “difficult stick.” The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful. When it was my turn to go back, I was blessed with Tim, a 21 year old phlebotomist with 21 years experience plus an additional 26 years prior to birth. 😜He was gentle and asked for my insight as a patient to find a solution. It took a few tries but on the 3rd, he got me! 4 vials filled up. Super cool guy, they’re very lucky to have him!

I walked in to urgent care and didn’t have a long wait. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and informative. The doctor was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.   I highly recommend this urgent care.

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
