The rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with in a medical office. Absolutely no consideration for confidentiality. No reason to treat anyone so rudely. I left and made an appointment at my doctor's office. The wait will be worth it.

I left after over an hour had passed and I had not been seen excep to get my vitals. I'd made the appt. the night before online. I was told that there was only one provider and there had been "emergencies" but only after I'd asked how long it would be. I was told twice "just a little while". Courtesy could have been extended to ask if I minded waiting because they were running quite a bit behind schedule. The waiting room was FULL when I left!! I will not return to this location. Trust was broken.

I have been to this specific Well Now location several times over the last few years both for myself and when bringing others (I always insist everyone I know go here). I have never waited more than 15 minutes at most and I have always been greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk. They definitely strive to be efficient and I have never had a bad interaction with the staff. Being a college student, they have always taken the time to explain anything from insurance to prescriptions and have made me feel comfortable. During my last visit when I was bringing someone else to be treated, I was offered snacks and even a card trick performed by a staff member to pass the time.

The staff acted promptly to my son's injury and explained everything and stitched him up quickly and kindly! Great staff, from the time we walked in until the time we left!

Came in with sore throat and fatigue, nurse took vitals and recorded current meds, PA came in for exam and diagnosed acute sinusitis. Prescribed antibiotic. Very positive experience.

The exam room was so filthy. It should have been cleaned. And the bed didn't have any paper on it. There was 1 pillow and all I could think about was how it hadn't been cleaned in forever. They were sure that I had C-Diff infection and I was appalled by that. A long waiting time for the doctor. I don't like how I have to return a sample to an outside lab, rather than just them.

Five Star definitely deserves five stars. The physicians are fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and helpful. A nurse will even call you a day later to see how you’re feeling. I use them in place of my own PCP.
