Went because of a continued ear issue and a potential ear infection. Found the clinic online via my companies insurance website. Easy to set up an appointment with multiple options available. The online registration process was easy and made my visit a breeze. The practitioner I saw was professional and quickly diagnosed had had me out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely use this center again.

I’m a repeat patient.  Woke this morning with swollen face which was painful to touch.  Chills, fever and body aches.   Knew I couldn’t get into my internist on such short noticed.   Scheduled on line, walked in and no wait.  Tested for Covid and flu wit negative results.  Jim walked in and immediately said you have cellulitis!  They sent in script and now on way to recovery.  Staff were professional and very courteous, felt confident will my choice immediately!

My daughter had a nagging cough the wait wasn’t too bad. We were seen everything was great. However I went to CVS and I don’t know who didn’t do it but someone did not put my daughter’s prescription in the system. Overall service was good!

Had no insurance at the moment and was a decent price for a visit and was quick and easy. Helped me to make sure I got my prescriptions in a way that when I went to the pharmacy and used a ex discount plan I could afford the meds. Thank you!

I am happy this urgent care is open later than 7pm, especially when I am starting a UTI. Appointment easily made, quick check in and urine sample, but I was disappointed by the push back that I did not have a UTI due to no bacteria in my urine. I had been guzzling water and cranberry pills all day with worsening symptoms from the very first twinge the evening before and my urine was practically clear but it hurt more every hour. I got a lot of pushback asking for keflex, even giving my UTI history, which includes going into SIRS and IV antibiotics often within 24 hours. I am on immunosuppressants and I know the need for fast action. It has even been suggested to me by an infectious disease doctor to go on prophylactic antibiotics, although that is a step I haven't had to resort to yet. I was grudgingly given a 3 day course of keflex upon insistence, but when I went to pick it up at the 24 hour pharmacy, they had never received the prescription and the urgent care was closed for the night. I had to call the nextorning and have it resent, while my symptoms continued to worsen. I am quite unhappy with being treated like a hypochondriac. I don't want to take antibiotics as often as I have to sometimes, but I also don't want a $70k week in the hospital on multiple IV antibiotics. I know my body, my specialists know my health issues, and I hope you train your providers to not condescend to people about what they are actually feeling, especially to women who are quite well aware of what an incipient UTI feels like.

The ease of scheduling my grandsons appointment was great!!! However, when we arrived we thought we were checked in because we checked in with the front desk. After waiting about 25-30 minutes we found out we weren’t checked in. Once we were checked in, the visit was fast and great!!! In would recommend this provider.
