I recently had a Covid test at AFC in Stoneham. I was very anxious the Drs saw this immediately were very kind about it and calmed me down. This was also during a family emergency they were able to book my test same and provide results the same day(Something my Dr. could not manage to do at their testing site). I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!
