          Easy to booking online. Also able to stop in and bump up appointment with a super friendly receptionist! Waiting room moves quickly and is never jammed so people can keep apart. Loved this particular PA, quick and consise and confident.           My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

          The assistant that brought me back to the exam room could not have been more robotic, unfriendly and cold; horrible bedside manners. Fortunately this type of behavior is rare at this clinic. The front staff, checkout and Megan were 5-✰☆ great!

          I went in for a virus and pinkeye and everyone from the front desk to the physician was so kind and helpful! Kaylan was wonderful, relatable and made an unfortunate doctor visit a little better. :) Urgent Med is my go-to and each visit is consistently great and easy!

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

          Dr Meg took tremendous care of me. The injection & meds she prescribed are finally helping me. The receptionist was very friendly , Courtney , the nurse /assistant took care of my x-rays, the tests and the shot did not hurt !!!  Love this place and people

          I had a UTI & I thought a sinus infection or cold. But they handled so well by checking for flu or Covid. I did have a bladder infection & to my surprise COVID.  They were all so kind & very professional .

          Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.
