I took my daughter there last night and the front desk, nurse and doctor was so amazing. They listened to my concerns and doctor Told me take my daughter directly to the hospital. He hugged her and told her it will be ok . He told me what he thought was wrong with her was fluid on her brain and he was right. I took her to the hospital and they did lumbar tap and he was right. She has been feeling like this for two weeks straight and I took her to other places and McLaren hospital and they sent her right out with just take Motrin but this staff actually helped and figured out the root of the problem. Thank you staff you are amazing.

I cut my finger early on Sunday morning and had to get a tetanus shot and stitches, and the staff was absolutely incredible. They had great bedside manner and I would like to commend the PA Danny, Chris, and Andrea for a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This Urgent Care is extremely well run with great medical providers. The wait time is never long and they always take the time to address your questions and concerns. The staff and doctors are amazing. Dr. Fred Keys took the time to discuss all my symptoms and point me in the right direction. After being sick so long...I greatly appreciate a doctor that thinks outside of the box and truly cares about his patients. Thank you for directing me towards finding the true root cause. I have never been to a big practice where you can rotate and see whichever doctor is available and love each one of them. From the front desk to the MA’s, the NP’s, and the doctors they all treat you like family. You are not rushed, but they are efficient and value your time. You have the option to make an appointment or be seen as a walk-which makes it so convenient for everyone. The hours are very convenient, including Saturday, and the cherry on top is the super fast in-house pharmacy. They also have a lab and x-rays on-site so you don’t have to deal with the dreadful ER. ( With the walk-in they do get busy sometimes, so you may have a wait but that happens with any provider, especially the ER and urgent care.) Part of me doesn't want to submit this review because I want to keep them all to myself but everyone I refer them to has had the same experience. You won't be disappointed.
