We have been going to little spurs since we moved to Texas, which was 5 years ago. This last time we were there, it was disgusting inside. The cleanliness was terrible. A place like an urgent you would think that they have a cleaning staff that comes every night to clean the waiting room and the rooms. The walls had not been clean in who knows how long and the floors were gross as well. We will not be going back to little spurs! I hope the upper staff does read this and address these issues

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

The assistant that brought me back to the exam room could not have been more robotic, unfriendly and cold; horrible bedside manners. Fortunately this type of behavior is rare at this clinic. The front staff, checkout and Megan were 5-✰☆ great!

Dr.lee was perfect. Great,fast,professional,friendly. Everything was GOOD

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my son when he was feeling sick. The NP Erica and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

The schedule was easy to made. The check in was quickly and give the care necessary for my daughter

Every time I visited little spurs the staff was great the cleanliness of the facility was awesome & wait in great keep up the good work.

I had a UTI & I thought a sinus infection or cold. But they handled so well by checking for flu or Covid. I did have a bladder infection & to my surprise COVID.  They were all so kind & very professional .

The doctor was very great and gentle with my child. Listened to what I needed to say and was equally concerned as I was about my son’s well being.

I went in for a virus and pinkeye and everyone from the front desk to the physician was so kind and helpful! Kaylan was wonderful, relatable and made an unfortunate doctor visit a little better. :) Urgent Med is my go-to and each visit is consistently great and easy!

I was so happy about the location being so close to my house. Was good parking available and was seen in about 30 minutes. The nurse took my blood for my blood test and was patience enough because my blood was low. I had a good experience. Thank you.

I tried unsuccessfully to make an appointment online.  Staff did not have it in their system when I arrived.  However, they got me in in a timely manner.

I got up coughing and wheezing and had called night before to schedule appointment for next morning, since started having problems. I was able to get one at 10 am on Sunday. The only problem I had was the check in on line. I had put in all information and when I went in, they could find where I had already filled out. I had to start filling out the paperwork by hand. Was not feeling well at all, but continued doing what they had me do. The person on front desk said maybe the system was not working right. Other than that I had a good visit. Dr Beene was very empathetic and got a breathing treatment b re fore I left. Great visit, the one administering the treatment was very nice and attentive!!! Thank you 😊 g
