My appointment at Live Urgent Care (LUC) was a typical family health clinic experience. The care and attention of the staff was excellent. Scheduling was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Check-in was quick and completed via mobile text. Staff was very friendly and helpful during my exam. I would definitely visit LUC again if necessary.

Woke up with a scratchy throat/congestion/headache. Walked in when the doors opened at 8 and was out by 9. Wayne was great and very compassionate. Julia Smith (PA) was amazing. She took her time to go over my diagnosis and explained what meds she was prescribing. Kudos to the staff at Optum Urgent Care!!! I am starting to feel better!!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
