          My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

          Easy to booking online. Also able to stop in and bump up appointment with a super friendly receptionist! Waiting room moves quickly and is never jammed so people can keep apart. Loved this particular PA, quick and consise and confident.           Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.

          We have been going to little spurs since we moved to Texas, which was 5 years ago. This last time we were there, it was disgusting inside. The cleanliness was terrible. A place like an urgent you would think that they have a cleaning staff that comes every night to clean the waiting room and the rooms. The walls had not been clean in who knows how long and the floors were gross as well. We will not be going back to little spurs! I hope the upper staff does read this and address these issues
