I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. We've used Carbon Health a few times over the last year and every time the experience is great.  Soooo easy to schedule, lots of availabilities, facility is clean and modern, staff is great, etc.  Always feel taken care of and leave feeling better.

Dr. Godbole saw me about severe sunburn on my face and educated me on proper next steps. She really care about the well being of her patients as she called me over the weekend to check if the prescription was affective. She went out of her way and represents Solvhealth very well!

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

Went in for a throat problem. Dr. Bailey checked me out and gave me a good recommendation. Very friendly and totally would recommend this urgent care.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!
