My mother had an open wound on her leg that looked like it might be getting infected. Walked in to Urgent Care without an appointment. She was seen very quickly. They cleaned her wound, wrapped it and prescribed an antibiotic. Gave instructions on next steps if there is no improvement I would highly recommend this group.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

AFC made a follow up call and suggested that I return for further treatment.  Upon X-rays I was given an alternate treatment that has worked better.  Scheduling and timing continue to be amazing with being seen within 15 min of booking online.  I feel confident in the services I was given.

Short wait time and easy check in process. Staffs were very caring and that made a lot of difference. Most importantly the Doctor made a follow up call to check on my condition and pass on additional information. That you don’t get from many clinic. I would recommend this care center. They will not waste your time.

Terrible care, we scheduled and appointment and had been waiting for more than 2 hs waiting. Staff is good, but we do not recommended and we are not coming back.

I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

Check-in was fast and pleasant. Staff was courteous and thorough. Nurse practitioner Kelly was outstanding. Her demeanor was caring and compassionate. She was thorough and never made me feel rushed. Kelly is what quality health care should be.

I kept quiet but both female workers at the clinic were very rude and feeding off of each other. Your clients deserve better

The dr basically didn’t do anything for me. I wish he would have taken an x ray to see what’s going on but nope not at all. Gave me a bandaid and steroids. I needed answers

Came for an ankle sprain. No waiting time, xray done in a matter of minutes. Friendly and professional staff

Friendly staff with hardly no wait. Doctor was friendly and very helpful. Answered all of ours questions which I really appreciate. Great experience.

Knew before I went in that I had a bladder infection.  NP listened well to my symptoms and did exam and had a great bedside manner.  Thank m you for the ease in scheduling and short wait time.
