I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was feeling faint/weak so when I walked in, the receptionist got me to an exam room immediately. The Dr. and his assistant really listened to me and preformed each test I asked for. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I tested positive for Covid on Thursday night and I made an appointment for telehealth because I didn’t want to leave my house;I was too sick.  The Dr was awesome and listened to my concerns about taking Paxflovid that has many side effects.  She recommended I purchase a pulse oximeter to check my oxygen levels which I ordered right after our call.   Costa Mesa urgent care has always given me excellent service during my various health crisis in person and now with Telehealth.  I am glad they are there when I need them
