I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was taken in as a walk in patient late in the evening with some really scary symptoms I’d been having. Despite being a last minute walk I was seen a lot quicker than expected and despite being the last patient of the night the staff were incredibly patient, sweet, and took their time with me. Karen was the MA and she was so warm and welcoming, Jennifer was equally as wonderful and listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my worries. I didn’t get the name of the person working the desk but they were very kind and helpful as well. I went from having a pretty bad 24 hours to feeling a lot better because of them, thank you so much!!!

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I have been here multiple times this month & every time it’s the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I really don’t have the words to adequately describe how truly special this place is! Brittney & Tiffany are my favorites! They are unbelievable humans & I’m so blessed to have met these amazing women! I feel so seen, & genuinely cared for each person here is amazing as well, it’s not just 1 or 2 people it’s the whole staff & Dr’s. I wish I could make this my primary care it’s that special! This place is very convenient when I'm not feeling good

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
