Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

Have been to this location previously and this time as  well I was impressed with the whole experience.  The check in was smooth and the staff was very polite and helpful.  The care team was thorough in the questions they asked and very respectful and friendly and reassuring.   This is a great urgent care office - very well run and very well staffed.  I would return if needed. Highly recommend this provider.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

I had some lingering symptoms after recovering from a recent Covid infection. My husband and our adult daughter both encouraged me to visit Family First Urgent Care to have things checked out. Both PA student Tate and NP Emily (one of my favorite staff members at Family First) were caring and attentive. Emily suggested a chest Xray, which showed inflammation from bronchitis. I’ll be starting on medication this afternoon. Our whole family appreciates the excellent care we receive from Family First, both through the Urgent Care offices and also as Primary Care patients.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Super easy to book online and overall great experience.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
