I have come to this clinic multiple times and they have always treated me with respect. I always hear people saying that they don’t have a good attitude. But if I’m having a real urgent matter the last thing I’m worried but is the tone of someone’s voice. Plus they’ll for sure have you in within 2 hours or less and i don’t know about you but that huge plus for me. So in simple terms if you want fast, good doctors, and simple check-in without the fake over excited workers then come here.

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Both my husband and I woke up ill and were easily able to easily schedule an appointment.  Staff was pleasant and efficient and PA was patient, attentive and quickly diagnosed our sinus infections.  She prescribed medication that quickly eased our discomfort and we are feeling much better now.  We highly recommend this Urgent Care.

But a called anyway to see and they just said not to worry and come on in and have them take a look, it was really fast and easy. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
