The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

I was a walk-in this morning after a migraine did not respond to my prescription. There was only one person ahead of me, and the check-in process was very easy, and I signed one treatment document. I was brought right into an exam room, my vitals were taken, and my description of the migraine was noted by a very kind nurse. The doctor came in just a few minutes later, was very empathetic and caring, explained my treatment plan and the medications she was sending to my pharmacy. I just had to wait another for my printed clinical summary and I was feeling better and on my way home. I would 100% recommend Armistice Urgent Care.

Very clean and efficient. Med asst Danny and the PA were awesome & friendly as was the front desk staff. I would definitely go back. I waited about 15 minutes. I was a walk in.
