Went in for stomach issues… very easy to schedule online!  The front office staff, tech and Dr were really attentive, thorough and didn’t rush thru the visit! My second time at this urgent care and I will make them urgent care of choice!

I would not recommend this location. Scheduled an appointment online, completed the requires paperwork online, arrived 15minues before scheduled appointment time, and still ended up waiting an hour while they took walk-in and others even though according to the app there were only 2 people ahead of me. After seeing the doctor I had to wait 10min for my discharge paperwork because the admin employees were just sitting around socializing.

Diagnosed with a sinus infection. I'm very happy with the care I received. PA, Ashley was very attentive and knowledgeable. Front office staff were great as well. Facility was very clean. Glad I decided to visit NextCare.

Scheduling is very easy but they do take a very long time.

Front desk lady I wish I could remember her name she worked at night she was amazing excellent customer service skills. Very good experience!

Brought in the script from my Dr for 2 tests to be run, I showed it to 3  different people.,it didn’t seem to matter. Dr never read intake notes. I had to repeat what was addressed. This was the first time in many that I come in for a UTI and the Dr doesn’t check me internally. Only relied on urine test?? I complained about this in the office to her and she felt it wasn’t necessary. I also asked what if it’s another form of infection that the urine test won’t involved and a swab may? Again. This did not seem to change her mind. $100 waste of money.

Check in was quick and efficient. Wait time was minimal. MA and NP were friendly and knowledgeable and efficient with their care. Would definitely come here again.

It really didn't take long to get into a room but the 1.25hrs before someone came to help. I would have rather sat in the lobby. But girl at front desk saw very helpful

I gave 3 stars for care because I needed an xray, which is why I booked here, and there was no xray tech on site that day, so I was referred to the ER. I would have just gone to a different urgent care location had I known ahead of time. Otherwise, Nextcare is always great! I will call ahead if I need an xray in the future.
