Both staff and the doctor were all excellent and beyond imagination

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

I have been struggling for weeks with not feeling well. Finally gave in and went to Urgent Care, Lyndhurst .  No appointment… I walked in , registered waited approximately 15 minutes. I was directed to a room where  I waited another 5 for a young lady to come in and take my vitals . She was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the care I received and thankfully the meds prescribed  will Make me feel myself in a few days!! I highly recommend!!

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Staff was so amazing- it was extremely busy but the staff never lost their composure. I listened to other people yelling at them about waiting and I felt so bad- people have to realize this is a walk in urgent care so be patient. Great visit from front to back- Tammy took my vitals and Christine the PA saw me- great bedside manner. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Woke up this morning with my ears really  bothering me decided to go to the urgent care walked in. The staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and the doctor was super nice. Was able to give me my prescriptions right away and back home I went for a rest. I recommend this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Every time I have gone I have had a better experience.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Prompt always has amazing service. The staff is so friendly, and the Solv check in is amazing and convenient. The doctor and nurses were fast and great listeners. For minor illnesses I always come here because of the great service across the board. Thank you!
