I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

Excellent experience. I’m grateful this Urgent Care is just 10 minutes from home for me. Received great care and thanks to my doctor and 2 prescriptions I’ll be feeling good again by tomorrow.

They didn't ask when I first had symptoms and that would have determined the outcome of a covid test. They could have suggested I wait at least another day before returning there. As a result, I tested negative at AFC and positive two days later. As a result, my $55 copay was wasted.

Quick and to the POINT.......its all about convience

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Dr. Luma was very professional and had a great sense of humor to make you feel relaxed. The nurse that cared for me took my vitals and did urine testing was very professional and kind.

Staff was very pleasant. As soon as I walked through the door (about 8:30 am) they asked me to log in, which was SUPER EASY. The nurse taken my vitals quickly & very pleasant. The doctor tapped on the exam room before entering & was in a pleasant mood. All this on a Monday morning 12/2/24 My cdl paperwork was done in no time Yes I recommend this office
