This is my fourth time using this facility. I have always been greeted with courtesy and a smile. All the practitioners and staff take time with you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable.

This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The reception team is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I highly recommend Dr Gabriel to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. She truly prioritize patient well-being and deliver excellent service at every step.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
