I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Kimberly the manager is very responsive. I called to check my test results and she took my number and called me back with the answer. I appreciate all the effort she made and hope all the locations be like the Newark location. All the best 👍

Dr Joudeh is the best primary dr I’ve ever had, been with him for almost a decade , he’s always on point with diagnosis, he sincerely cares for his patients

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! Wait time was also very quick and they had a great system in place

The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails
