We had a horrendous experience. Waited over an hour in the car to be admitted (that part I understand) and then another hour once admitted to exam room. It was late and my daughter was getting tired, so popped my head out to ask how much longer. I was met with an icy stare, condescending attitude and rude response - we were not next, no idea when doctor could see us and if we choose to leave the $25 copay was non refundable. Need to change process, because once a patient pays copay and is in exam room, they expect to be seen within reasonable amount of time. Also need to train staff. Parents are anxious for child’s well-being and tired. A little sympathy and kindness go a long way. We walked out and forfeited our copay.

This is the best pediatric urgent care by far! The providers are great, patient and amazing at calming a sick/shy child. Staff in general are all great but the best part of this place is their easy scheduling system and their registration process even when walking in. I totally recommend PM pediatric to all parents in the area.

No waiting, great bedside manner, and helped in the moment (Motrin, juice, popsicle). Never felt rushed or not listened too.

It was our first time there and it was a wonderful experience. We booked our appt online, got there and had no wait. The staff was great. They were friendly, kind and patient

The management is very unsatisfied. Doesn’t make sense to setup an appointment online for particular time if you still have to wait more than one and a half hour when you arrive. Very disappointed with company’s leadership team work. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Made appointment online but had to redo everything and long wait after arrival. Covid results took forever to get while cvs provided within a day.

The staff were super kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. the girl at the front desk was also the sweetest considering the high volume of customers.

Actual appointment was fine. We were given no warning that we would have to wait for two hours.

My granddaughter and I had an awesome experience. The facility is decorated nicely, the receptionist was very polite,the medical assistant was very sweet and informative and the Dr. was thorough, very kind and very informative. I would go back in a heart beat with my grandchildren, and I highly recommend.

It was great I'll be using PM Pediatric again
