Our booking link is to Save Your Spot and is NOT an appointment. All on-line registrations through the booking link are estimated times that may vary based on overall patient volume during your time in the center. Walk-ins are always welcome during all business hours, which again may impact times for on-line registrations.

Choose your Visit Type, then select an available day and time. While online booking isn't required, it's recommended to ease the registration process and for your convenience. You'll receive a text to confirm and complete registration paperwork, including insurance and ID uploads, which are required before being seen.
