2. Appointment is NOT for a concussion (may need a longer visit time).

3. Patient has already been seen by a doctor at East Bay Pediatrics (new patients need to call for an appointment; appointments will be canceled if your child has never been seen at the practice)

4. Able to come to the Orinda location

5. Patient & person bringing patient have NOT tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
