Blistering burns, broken bones, chest pain, coughing or vomiting blood, difficulty breathing, open/puncture wounds, refill of a controlled substance, severe abdominal pain, severe bleeding, sudden numbness on face/arm/leg, sudden severe headache, sudden weakness/dizziness/loss of balance, poisoning, drug overdose, labwork, work forms.

If your reason for visit falls within this list, you will need to be seen at an in person location.
