The Dr I saw today was less attentive than last time. He seemed kind of dismissive and I felt rushed. I would have like if I at least got some scans done of my chest and throat. He just listened to my breathing and said I was fine. Didn't even look at my throat. He did however address my main issue of the oral thrush so I guess that was fine. However I am on immunosuppressants which put me at high risk for an infection such as thrush to spread so that's why I wanted him to pay closer attention to my throat and chest symptoms. Hopefully the treatment for the oral thrush also treats whatever might have spread.

Wasn’t able to online schedule so the wait was longer than usual. When seen the area was clean and got the medicine right away. I wasn’t able to breathe so they saved me and sent my prescription to my pharmacy with ease. Thank you Urgent Care Woodbury.

I did a separate urgent care video appt three days earlier but, was still pretty sick. I walked into Optum without an appointment, was in front of a doctor in less than 10 minutes. He gave me two prescriptions and I started feeling 100% better within 24hrs. The doctor and staff were very nice. It was definitely a great experience.

Went without an appointment and waited an hour. Not too bad! The receptionist was friendly and efficient.  Caitlyn ? Took my vitals and was pleasant and professional. I appreciated that when she walked into the room she introduced herself.  Was seen by physician assistant Julie?  Also professional and thoughtful.  Left with prescriptions sent to pharmacy.

I went in at 11:20 to get a physical for my child to play a sport. There were only 4 ppl in the lobby & we waited 90 minutes to be seen. Two walk-ins who arrived after me, were seen before me. When finally seen, the doctor only asked 3 questions & checked my sons ears, then let us go. It was a waste of 2 hours for a 2 minute physical. This place is a joke

My daughter, 9, had a cough for a couple days that was worsening and the morning upon going to urgent care she has complained of aches and sore throat as well.  Upon registering I was never informed there was only one doctor on. After an hour had passed I inquired into about how much longer it would be and at that point was informed of only one doctor on, had I been provided this information upon registration I would have chose to leave. Noteworthy is there were only 3 people ahead of us at the time I registered too. Another hour passed and the  physician came in to speak with myself and my daughter. At this point I provided historical background of symptoms and inquired why no tests were ever obtained thus far ? Now over two hours in and no point of care tests done.  These were eventually obtained and I  had left as was not waiting any longer ( 2 hours and 22 minutes was long enough) to later be called and informed she did in fact have strain A strep throat and antibiotics would be called in.  The lack of communication, efficiency and cleanliness has me appalled. I will never come to this location again and being in Healthcare myself had only highlighted the extreme inadequacies found here.
