Terrible care, we scheduled and appointment and had been waiting for more than 2 hs waiting. Staff is good, but we do not recommended and we are not coming back.

Check-in was fast and pleasant. Staff was courteous and thorough. Nurse practitioner Kelly was outstanding. Her demeanor was caring and compassionate. She was thorough and never made me feel rushed. Kelly is what quality health care should be.

A really easy care clinic. Great doc and staff. Short short wait time.

Dr. William Chu was so great!  He was really helpfull, nice and caring!  I usually never leave reviews but I had to give him credit for his great work!

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!

I was so pleased with my care. Attention paid to me in medical aspects, health and general kindness to human nature that I went ahead and just got a whole membership so that I can keep coming back there because every staff member was wonderful. Five stars top-of-the-line only place I’m gonna go for certain things. They did in one hour an x-ray and IV Medication for my bacterial infection and neck pain because of my discs and spine does messed up literally they did so much for me in an hour or so then four of my doctors haven’t done in months. I’m referring other friends and family to this place and funny thing I took my mother there with me so that she could get her illnesses treated and an IV we walked out , so . Thank you all staff members we will see you soon

Short wait time and easy check in process. Staffs were very caring and that made a lot of difference. Most importantly the Doctor made a follow up call to check on my condition and pass on additional information. That you don’t get from many clinic. I would recommend this care center. They will not waste your time.

Appointment available was great & appointment was fast. My medicine was sent over quickly & was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

AFC made a follow up call and suggested that I return for further treatment.  Upon X-rays I was given an alternate treatment that has worked better.  Scheduling and timing continue to be amazing with being seen within 15 min of booking online.  I feel confident in the services I was given.

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!

I kept quiet but both female workers at the clinic were very rude and feeding off of each other. Your clients deserve better
