Pediatric urgent care near me in West University Place, TX

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

My son have a sore throat, I was able to set up an appt in the morning, the waiting time was considerably short, is something that we love! I would recommended 100%, bring your kids here!  Clinic was so clean and quiet too!

Staff were truly amazing and super helpful and eager to help in any way possible.  Cool check in progress with the phone app option with staff very nice and helpful.. Took great care of me..  I’ll be honest. I drove around for over an hour went to 4 other places and called a couple more as I did not have insurance so was trying to save a few $ even though they had great reviews and were right around the corner from my house.   Well after 6 places still came back and am super thankful I did as even though my issue isn’t life threatening or anything still painful, who’d have known ribs were so painful…   Would for sure recommend and would go back. Doctor was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was in good hands and started seeing improvement within a day.

My child woke up this morning pulling at his ear and I was able to schedule an appointment for him to be seen same day. Staff was very pleasant. And he did end up having a ears infection and was prescribed antibiotics. We have come here repeatedly. Love the care

Had a massive sore had. Called my insurance for a walk in urgent care. AFC was suggested for my needs. Upon Arrival, staff was kind and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy with the app. Office was super fresh and clean. Wait time was about 15 to 20 min from log in to be ing called. Nurser was real cool courteous. Dr was super great. Before nights end what he told me to do was working. I think that shoot had something to do with that. Lol will come back!!!

Scheduled appt to get a covid/flu test. Staff was great. Pleasant. And apologized for wait. But it wasn’t really a long wait.  Hope I don’t have to come back. But if I do. Won’t hesitate. Definitely recommend this place.

I scheduled online the same day and was seen a few hours later. The PA his last name was Welch he was awesome! My little one had problems with breathing, croup and he got us treated and feeling better. I also have to say the MA they had was great! I didn’t catch her name but very nice and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

I came in for a pre-employee drug test and it was very very easy All around.

My foot was swollen due to a fracture - over 5 weeks now, not everything documented 1st by my PCP, Urgent Care and the ER. Instead of an x-ray, I was referred to the ER. I was finally correctly diagnosed on yesterday by a "floating" physician.

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

The staff was amazing they truly cared for my son and the providers were amazing even song to him while he cried. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. The facility was spectacular and clean.
