Sylwia and Roxanne are wonderful. These ladies are so nice and professional and really assisted my husband when he cut his hand and needed stitches recently. Roxanne made sure all paperwork was handle in a prompt manner and Sylwia was so patient in dealing with my husband's 10000 questions and concerns. The PA who treated him was very professional the stitches came out wonderful with minimal scarring. We would recommend the staff of Centers Urgent Care to everyone.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. I went to North Shore/LIJ Medical Group Urgent Care Center at 95-25 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park for my Covid-19 nasal swab test on May 16, 2020! The team were amazing! The Nurse Practitioner is an ENT specialist! She was truly wonderful! The team were very supportive, caring and compassionate! The NP even knew that I had a deviated septum just by looking at my nose! She really made the testing tolerable! Anyone in the New York area who needs to be tested should go there! I felt like I had 3 Angels in the room with me today! I am feeling totally blessed! ❤🙏😍😊
