I started having symptoms of a UTI at 5 AM. I was able to step away from work and WestMed took me as a walk-in at 4:30 PM. The staff was friendly and the doctor was extremely kind and had incredible bedside manner. He comforted me as I started to cry about the blood in my urine sample. Will gladly go back next time I am sick.

Everyone was wonderful at the RidgeHill urgent care, it was such a pleasant experience.  BUT the Market elevators have not worked in months, totally unacceptable.

Phone number was wrong on discharge papers when you call back it says they are closed when they are open. Called the on call people gave them MDs name and they said no such Dr. great service otherwise

I woke up this morning with discomfort along my neck & back areas on the left side.  Around 3:00pm, I noticed a more pronounced sensation around the left clavicle.  I came to West Med Urge Care and was seen by the doctor in a reasonable amount of time.  He ordered an x-ray and immediately diagnosed my condition.  Yes, I would recommend this provider.

They are so efficient and accommodating. Love the people.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

After years at IMA in Shrewsbury -- i am so much happier here. This is a really great place.

Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!

I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. Through croup, RSV, paraflu, pink eyes, and ear infections… you’re always awesome. Thank you!
