I am impressed with the service very efficient quick I arrived before my schedule time and was attended to

The scheduling was easy.  It was convenient.  My wait time was awesome!  Took me before the time of the appointment. Lyric at check-in was kind and thoughtful.  Erin and Alison listened to my concerns.  I would absolutely recommend the provider and staff!  I can’t thank them enough 🤗

Woke up with sore throat & cough. Was able to book an appt this morning & was in & out in under 30 minutes! Staff is extremely kind & professional, made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend Carbon Health.

I have called twice today by 2 pm for my results and no one answers nor did they call me back. Not good

Son came home with a sore throat. I was able to get an appointment for 30 minutes after I got off work we were in and out within 20 to 30 minutes very smooth process and he was positive for strep.

The visit was easy and the doctor came right in. Unfortunately, my medications that were sent to the pharmacy was not complete. I called several times but did not get a response back. I really need the prednisone and the doctor is not responding. I’m at work now so it’s difficult to leave and see if it’s actually at CVS.

Carbon Urgent Care was a great experience. Quick service and care.  Examination by a kind medical practitioner. Answered questions. AdministrationPrescribed meds to be picked up at my pharmacy. All done within a half hour.  Amazing!

Scheduling was easy making an appointment. I got there at tend to me right away very friendly and caring and I loved when the doctor make sure that I get what I need and I wanna thank her and the staff thank you God bless you.

Scheduled appointment online they had an 11:15 took it but still waited over an hour and 15min to be seen. Provider was nice though issue was solved

Went in for a physical paid 125 dollars just for the doctor to not be able to complete the service that same day. Felt that they were discriminating towards me. Once they told me they couldn’t complete the physical the same day. Return the next day to try and get my paperwork and a refund. I was told that there was a medical review from the doctor. So even though I had nothing complete on my paperwork. There was nothing they could do to refund me. Talk about high way robbery. The manger and quote “Had I gotten the results I wanted then I wouldn’t be complaining” poor customer service. Couldn’t image if I was actually ill and went there what type of service I would of gotten then.
