Saturday no wait got in supper fast. They took my Novant  insurance only had to pay co pay. Dr. prescribed correct medication. And out the door in under 30 minutes. I Didn’t have appointment.  My insurance may have just covered it but Novant is in my network so the co pay was great to have.

Everyone was so wonderful. From the woman who checked us in and allowed us to be seen by triage first. The nurses and doctor were incredible with my 2 year old boy. They were willing to try anything to help us in any way they could. Great customer service, amazing bedside manner and attentiveness to care. As I remember the website said it takes most insurances, however while I was there five customers came in and only one of their possible insurance carriers was accepted. I was informed as mine was declined that since it was a Sunday, companies were hard to reach. Everything else was above satisfactory.

I went in due to a rib injury and have nothing but great ratings about my experience. Check-in was fast and easy, and everyone was very caring. The x-rays went fast and smooth and I was most pleased with the time and diagnosis the doctor gave. He took his time reviewing the x-rays with me and really seemed to care.
