I was not properly or thoroughly evaluated for the issue I visited for tonight. I was better off staying home and Googling my symptoms and potential treatment. I have frequented this facility but I won't be back after my experience tonight. I spent more time waiting to be seen than I did being "cared for." The nurse practioner on duty couldn't even be bothered to thoroughly examine me and help me. Your lack of care speaks volumes. You just lost a loyal patient.
