Visited this urgent care to check for strep. Arrived about 20 mins after they opened and was greeted by a friendly staff member who’d advised to stay in my car based on my symptoms and they’d give me a call when ready. After about a solid hour wait, someone from their medical staff called to check in and ask about what was going on, and shortly after our call came to my car to swab for strep, flu and covid. I remained in my car until the results were all negative, at which point I was brought in to see the nurse practitioner. All in all it was roughly two hours total time. The friendly staff made up for the wait so I will definitely return in the future.

I needed a TB test. There is a sign on the front door that says to check in using the QR code. I scan that code and proceeded to check in on my phone. When sitting inside I saw the same sign. So I figured I was good to sit and wait. After an hour of sitting and watching others go before me I went up to the front desk and asked if I needed anything else to be seen. The front desk acted as if this was her first time seeing me. I told her that I check in on my phone and what I was there for. She told me I fill out the paper on the desk. From there it took 10 minutes to get the shot and leave. I could have save so much time if the was a sign for TB testing or if someone greeted me or if the sign in app sent a message to the desk that I checked in!

I got there had to check in and go back to my car waited 30 plus mins for someone to come call me waited 15 plus mins for someone to come to my car and give me a test they said it would take a couple mins to get the results I called them after about 40/45 mins was told the doctor would meet me at my car in 10/15 mins spent over 2 hours there for an ear infection

It was a walk in visit. After checking in on your phone, they will call you when they're ready. Everything went smooth with very little wait time.

My family and I have been coming to this urgent care clinic for about 10 years for our urgent care needs. I love the easy paperless check in process. Everyone is friendly, from the front desk staff/nurses to the doctors. They have always been accommodating and provided great healthcare services which include treating the basic flu, getting x-rays, writing prescriptions, providing bandage treatments, etc. The doctors take the time to listen and assess. I highly recommend this location, it is the only urgent care clinic I’ll go too!

Waiting “in the car” was uncomfortable and odd. And after all that, I saw a PA, not a doctor.

I entered the clinic and explained that based on my symptoms I believed I had a sinus infection.  I did not exhibit any symptoms associated with Covid 19.  The clinic had me wait outside in my car and fill out online forms.  I was then told that I’d be contacted to enter the clinic and see the doctor.  After approximately 30 minutes I was contacted by a nurse who began asking me about my symptoms then proceeded to tell that a “provider” would meet me outside in the “parking lot” and conduct an evaluation while sitting in my car.   I have never in my life been treated like an animal while seeking medical attention.  I expressed my frustration with the front office clerk and she stated that was standard procedure for anyone suspected of having  a respiratory infection. There are several urgent cares in the area that have a lobby and treat patients with a bit more dignity and respect . Henry Mayo has a horrible reputation in the SCV and now I unfortunately know why.

I called ahead to get a wait time estimate and the staff member I spoke to was really helpful and kind. I didn't have to wait long and all the staff is super friendly. The doctor was so helpful and his instructions were really clear and easy to follow. He also asked me a lot of questions and I felt listened to. I would definitely recommend this clinic and provider. My only wish is that they took hmo insurance so I didn't have to pay so much for the visit.
