I got a scrape on my head, went to urgent care. The gentleman at reception was able to determine Insurance eligibility in less than 5 minutes, and I was seen in less than 10 minutes from walking through the door. This is much faster than stories I have heard about the emergency rooms in the public hospitals in Wichita. Intake was thorough, but not overly cumbersome. The nurse practitioner patched me up, and he sent me on my way. All of this was on Easter Sunday afternoon. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Child had a rash and the PA noticed it was poison Ivy.  Prescribed medicine and cream and we were out in 10 minutes. Love the fast and accurate treatment!

Had a sore throat for a day or two now but yesterday it turned much worse. Was able to preschedule and walked right in when I got there. They were all very kind, quick, and helpful. Highly Recommend.

Woke up with sore throat.  Easy to schedule.  Registration staff was not friendly but clinical staff was great.  Lobby chairs are in disrepair (completely torn upholstery) and/or very dirty.  I would still recommend the facility w/ the care given from the nursing staff and provider.

The whole staff got right on my problem, which turned out to just be allergies. I’ve been having trouble breathing, and I came in for a breathing treatment and Dr. Cody figured out the problem and knew just what to do. I’m feeling a lot better thanks to NextCare.

I've tried to pay my bill 5 times, I got ahold of 1 lady who said bcuz I don't have a statement or an account number the lady in Derby at Nextcare will not allow me to pay it. She gave me a phone number for billing and said push option 2. That wasn't the correct option. I chose 3 and waited 10 minutes. Then hung up. No one ever answered. I am trying to be proactive but have no statement!

Doctor legitimately said she thinks nothing was wrong with me as soon as she came into the room. She had already made up her mind before even speaking to me. That is just plain laziness and disrespectful. My blood sugar may have been in normal range, but I literally only came in to get my levels checked since I don't have a way to do it at home. Also went to the ER right after this visit to get a second opinion on my finger and they do suspect it is fractured and recommended that I buddy wrap it. Get better doctors. Lady at the front desk and the nurse were phenomenal. Loved their friendly attitude and willingness to listen to all my symptoms.

Doctor explained what my granddaughter system may have been and was able to get her some medicine and to let you know she is a lot a lot better thank you I appreciate all their help

I was able to get an appt. within 30 minutes. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. All 3 staff I interacted with were very friendly. Got me taken care of with 30 minutes. Great experience!

Had a sore throat for about 4-5 days and wanted to make sure I didn’t have strep. Easy to get an appointment and paper work was pretty easy except I said I would pay there and it still wanted me to fill out more information. The staff -all receptionist, nurse snd doctor- were pleasant and right on time. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
