The wait time was horrible. There were only four people ahead of me and I was there for three hours. The waiting room was uncomfortably warm and when I got into the exam room, it was freezing cold.

Because of work, had to do a walk-in visit. It was explained there would be an hour and a half visit, but had to stay in waiting room to keep spot in line. Two patients determined to be “emergencies” came in after me. I understand moving people in with shortness of breath and possible concussion because both can be serious. It was just frustrating to wait so long and watch people go in ahead. There seemed to be a lot of office staff which added to my frustration. All staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. I used one of the public bathrooms while there and the toilet wasn’t flushed and the sink was dirty. Also, I checked in at desk and the. Was getting texts to check in on my phone which I began doing..requesting the same info I had given at desk. Then I wasn’t able to see my “wait time” from the text-confusing.

Took my daughter in because she was have bad abdominal pains. Been here before unfortunately, with the same symptoms she had, it’s usually constipation. Wanted to make sure it wasn’t something else. (Pain not on kidney side) Told doc usually we go to er, get X-ray and are told how to handle. They proceeded to say it’s not what we thought, wouldn’t do x ray then wrote two scrips for constipation and said if pain get worse go to er. Left there went to er from there - 4hrs later and an X-ray it was exactly what we thought! She was so backed up!! Normally happy with them but that was unbelievable!

Was up all night with r foot pain. Swollen and red. Had a bad Charlie horse on Thursday thought it was muscle pain that kept getting worse. 3 hrs wait waiting room full. Did not know you could make an appointment on line but it woman was waiting that had made an appointment on line in still had to wait 2-3 hrs. Receptionist was great but did not tell me it was going so long of a wait.no where to elevate my foot. When the iTriage nurse took me back they were very nice told me it looked like gout. Was taken to a close room because by then it was hard for me to walk. The PA that check me out dox me with having gout. Gave me Rx. It was all over my chart I’m a diabetic and I like them now that they took me off of one of my diabetic medicine. She prescribed me prednisone if I did not have any medical background I would be in a coma because my blood sugar was 315 after taking prednisone for one day, I called my primary after I took some of my glipizide that I had left in the house, my blood sugar down if I did not have that knowledge that prednisone raises the blood sugar that person would be in a coma.

Made an appointment for 3:00 wasn't called in until 4:55. I could understand if there were emergencies but they didn't call anyone in for an hour before they called my name and all of the patients before me were gone. I waited 20 minutes after being called in to see the doctor. They didn't have paper on the examining table so the doctor examined me in the chair in the examining room and spent less than 5 minutes with me.

Made an appointment one day prior, was informed it wasn’t a Guarantee to be seen at that time.  However there is no excuse for a wait time of 4.5 hours!   This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The insistence that it is not much longer and the inability to get accurate information is not acceptable.

Had a workman's comp recheck appointment at 11:00 am. I wasn't seen until 1:40pm. I finally got out of there at 2pm. That is a ridiculous amount of time to sit and wait. People were leaving after sitting for over 2 hrs waiting to be seen. You need a better system. Hire more staff, or start serving food and drinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
