I  went to the location so I could get a chest xray and there was not an xray tech on-site. I was unable to get a chest xray.  The staff on-site was fine, but how does an urgent care that claims to have xray services available not have an xray tech on-site site?

I just walked in and was seen as soon as the paperwork was completed. Jamie was very courteous and checked my vitals. She seemed to think I have a sinus infection and called in a prescription. I took the meds as instructed but 3 days later I did not feel better and had developed diarrhea. Friday morning at 8:30 I called to ask for a different antibiotic. Three hours later I called back and was told the doctor doesn’t check messages until the end of the day. It is now 7 pm and I have not received notice that my prescription is ready. I won’t be coming back to this Baptist Urgent Care.

Place was neat and clean. Front office worker was okay a bit of an attitude but not horrible. Know what she was talking about however I called to see if my insurance was accepted and she said yes, but in reality, y’all are not affiliated with Baptist memorial and so I have to pay out-of-pocket and when I called to see what it could be done she just said you need to call this number I can’t do anything. So rude. As far as the provider that saw me. She was in and out. Nothing else. Seemed like a waste of money just to get some antibiotics.

No one seemed informed about my issue or willing to address it. A huge waste of my time and money - no care was administered and I was sent home with the problem no closer to being resolved. All of this was after a 45 minute wait despite making an 8:00 appointment.

I have been sick for a few days. They were able to get me right in and treated me so well. The staff was amazing and the nurse took the time to understand why I was feeling so horrible.
