A week ago I had a UTI and I was not feeling any better. I came back to get my med switched and have a urine culture. They were very nice and helpful.

Would recommend this location to everyone. Always have had an overall great experience, not to mention the staff is most polite, quick & efficient.

The staff was very nice and gentle with my baby girl. They took good care of her and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need.

As always, I really appreciate being able to schedule an appointment and check in/do the paperwork online ahead of time. The young woman at the front desk is always kind, helpful, and professional. The staff who care for you are always pleasant as well. We always know we’ll receive knowledgeable, kind care here.

Needed a work physical. Everything went quickly and staff treated me exceptionally well.

I made an 8:30 appointment and showed up at 8am when they opened. There was only one person there before us who had an 815 appointment. We both waited a long time. No one even went back to see the doctor until about 9 AM. We had to wait till 9:30 to get in to see the doctor even though there was only one person there in the office before us.  They said it was because of computer errors and difficulty checking people in.   I understand that there can be computer errors, but they were not apologetic. They were not even kind. No customer service.  After waiting over an hour and watching multiple people Go in before me, People that didn’t even have appointments who came in after me, I questioned one of the front desk ladies and asked why we were continually being skipped over. She got upset at me for questioning her.  When we finally got shown back to the appointment, the staff member who helped us was not very nice either. She wasn’t rude, but she definitely seemed annoyed that she had to help us and she kept talking in such a low tone with a mask on that I had to ask her to repeat almost everything she said.  The staff at this in this location Needs training on communication, Customer service, and kindness. I would be absolutely appalled, if my employees behaved in the manner that they behaved in.  Once I finally got to see the doctor, She was delightful and very kind and helpful.  I would definitely see that doctor again, but unfortunately, the rest of the staff was horrible.

Front desk staff is rude. She made us feel like we were a nuisance and interfering with her day. I'll never go back to this location.

Picked my kid up from school and could tell he was declining health wise. Called his pediatrician's office at 330 & was told they didn't make appointments that late in the day. Got online and had a spot held within moments. The provider listened and handled my kid with compassion. I've been here several times and have received excellent care everytime.

Scheduling an appointment online with Baptist Urgent Care Collierville was a breeze. Showed up at the appointed time, no wait at all. The nurse/assistant who swabbed my nose and throat could be a bit more personable and slow down with the swabbing. The doc was wonderful, though. Had obviously read my chart before coming in the room and knew I was immunocompromised. Treated me with appropriately and professionally, with kindness and empathy. I’ll go back and recommend this urgent care to others.
