While they are quick it was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had a UC. The technician was a bit strange and took her 15 minutes to get the EKG machine to work. The reasoning it didn’t work was because it wasn’t plugged in. She said some odd things too but I think she was incredibly nervous. Like asking if she was being perfect as she wanted to be perfect. The nurse practitioner I thought was incredibly not thorough, he wanted me in and out. I could hear him with the patient next door and said I’m supposed to tell you to go to an orthopedic surgeon but they aren’t going to tell you anything I didn’t already. Which quite honestly wasn’t much and I knew at that point I made a mistake of coming there which was true. I pretty much had to guide him to do an ekg. Went to my normal doctor today and repeated all that was going on with me and he did a thorough work up with X-rays and an appropriate ekg.

Worse experience ever.  Checkin staffing not that nice. Girl that checked into a room was unprofessional.  Jade ear bugs in when she tried to do my blood presser.  Then I need an X-ray which took 15 minutes to go get it and had to be redone as she didn’t save it.  On the way back to my room anther staff gave my room to another patient so the doctor for me came went in and took care of them as the walk between us are so thin I could here it.  Then the doctor that came in to my room had no bedside manner. The rooms and X-ray area where very dirty.  I had been to this location about 2 or 3 years ago and it was much better.

Staff was amazing ! Scheduling was easy !  I was in and out in no time . The doctor on staff was caring!

Every dr, nurse,receptionist actually everyone that works there every time I have been here has been so polite and awesome!

First time at this facility and strongly recommend it.  The staff are terrific, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

I was out of town and started having severe tooth pain. The Nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and got me in and out. Had my script sent to a nearby pharmacy and was feeling better by morning. Loved the convenience of the location and ease of scheduling.

Everything was perfect and on time  I love the service it’s helpful a lot specially on Sunday make me happy when they are open.Thank you

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

Dr Shagena is excellent reason I keep returning to this urgent care

The doctor is so kind and patient. He really listened to my concerns about my child and did a thorough exam.
