I never got my doctors note for my child that I was promised or the end of visit paper

I experience the same chest congestion and illness several times per year. It has been lingering a few day, so I decided to schedule an appointment at my local HealthExpress I have been to. I was able to schedule and was able to schedule a virtual visit within 30mins. I had a short wait time once I logged in and the PA I met with took the time to listen to my concerns, review my previous history, and call in a prescription to my local pharmacy. I received message that it was already filled and completed within 10 mins of the appointment. I am always happy with the proficiency and care from my clinic.

Christopher was perfect and the actual visit was fine. Prior to my appointment apparently my payment didn’t go through of 10 bucks because my FSA card.  I was on the call for my visit. Christopher popped on and I got a call from Ronisha asking for payment. I said I will call you back after the call. She said I can’t have my appointment unless I pay first. I told her the doctor was on the phone. I’m looking at him and they stop the call and wouldn’t allow me to proceed with my visit. I’ve been there a number of times and don’t have a balance. I was going to call back and make my payment after the visit. That bothered me so much and I thought that was the rudest thing.

Was able to book an appointment for 30 minutes after I felt symptoms, check-in was easy and the NP was kind and caring.

Check in was terrible and inconvenient - doctor was great!

My appointment was easy to schedule, but it was a little strange to me that the doctor called me even though I was supposed to have a video visit. Also, the doctor’s bedside manners were not that great. I honestly would not recommend.

I have had dizziness and I have been lightheaded since Sunday and I have had to take two days off from work because of it, I had a virtual visit with Margaret and she was wonderful and very caring to my needs. Thank you so much for your care.

I woke up this morning with toothache worse. I went to schedule an appointment and there was an appointment available in the next 30 minutes. It is very easy to schedule and usually there is always an appointment available. The staff is amazing and they always address the issue. I highly recommend.
