I had a great experience at Carbon Health. The nurse and doctor I saw were both so warm and caring. I really appreciated the time the doctor took to reassure me. I felt like she went above and beyond. Definitely was not like my previous experiences at urgent care. Will return in the future and recommend to others.

I was able to make an appointment within an hour, and was seen. Process was quick and painless. Thanks again!

Woke up this am with an ongoing sore throat. I was able to schedule an  appointment with ease on the website. I was in and out with a script sent to my pharmacy within 45 minutes. Would recommend!

Woke up with a sore throat, needed somewhere quick, carbon had an opening and great reviews so I took a shot instead of going all the way to my PCP. Very happy I did. Got some test done and some meds and am on the mend.

I was able to get an appointment for my son within an hour if contacting the office. The office is clean, staff is very friendly and efficient.  I would definitely use this urgent care in the future and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Woke up with eye swollen shut from severe poison ivy. Saw physician assistant Amy, who was excellent, very knowledgeable. She prescribed short term prednisone. Receptionist was very welcoming. I’m so glad I found this particular Urgent Care.

My son got injured and it was quick to schedule! First off the lady at the front desk was the kindnest lady I have ever met! So seeet with check in! The pa was super nice as well. My issues were this place is not the best for pediatrics, while they handle kids I was just very displeased. First off results for x-rays taking all day is out of this world , and then I was told to put an ace bandage and keep my three year old off it pretty much. MIND YOU I called 10+ times for results with no answers and had to drive back to the clinic for them to get the results. I also was given absolutely no discharge instructions or copy of my child’s X-rays. So yes while the kindness of the staff was very present the treatment plan, and lack of materials was not present and I am highly disappointed. Also there is no manager ever while your there & she rarely answers her staff according to one emoloyee
