I always go to Next Care Urgent Care because I am seeing right away and I always have the right diagnosis and right course of treatment. I will always choose this urgent care if emergencies or immediate care is needed for myself or family. I always have a great experience, great attention and everyone is always friendly.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely very professional and helpful. The other ladies, after going back to a room were very professional and very helpful as well. I felt very comfortable

I've visited this urgent care several times before, and honestly each time I've not had the best experience. However, it's close to me and I was desperate. I've been running a fever on and off for 6 days, and only found relief temporalily with fever reducer. I started to develop a cough. I came here concerned seeking answers only for the Dr to walk in, speculate and tell me it was the flu (after I told him I tested negative at home). He "checked" my vitals and blabbed the whole time about how he didn't really trust vaccines (no lie) and how he was a Dr in LA and saw some crazy things in their jail? Seriously wacky and not helpful. Shocker - the flu along with every other test was negative. He didn't listen to me and told me I was fine and to just rest. The next day, I decided to visit another urgent care as I couldn't trust that guy, and have been diagnosed with Pneumonia. Moral of the story, you're going to have to advocate for yourself and this won't be your last stop if you expect to actually be treated. Very disappointing.

That doctor was a quack. He didn't even have me open my mouth and say ah. I'm the type of person that doesn't take a Tylenol unless he really really needs it, so if I show up to urgent care telling you I'm sick and I need help. I need some help. Will NEVER go back. EVER. The only reason he got 1 star was because zero wasn't an option.

Went in for a wrist injury. The doctor that came in briefly checked for range of motion, did not listen to my concerns regarding it feeling stiff. The X-ray came back negative, and the doctor quickly dismissed me, saying it was “simply a bruise”. She said if anything was fractured there would be swelling and bruising. I informed her that I have historically not swelled or experienced bruising so that may not be my personal case and was once again dismissed.  I later pushed for more imaging (at another doctor’s office) after my “bruise” didn’t go away and found out I have two fractured bones in my hand. If this doctor had informed of the chance of these fractures which commonly do not show up on X-rays I would already be well on my way to healing and not have risked displacing the fractures. I understand Urgent Care is a busy place but it takes two seconds to recommend seeing another doctor/specialist. Truthfully, it is disappointing that this doctor valued their turn around time more than correctly diagnosing their patients.

I liked being able to schedule an appt verses just walking in.  Staff was attentive.  Doctor listened & I was able to pick up prescription quickly.

As a single mom, anything doctor related is usually an entire chore but we showed up to the clinic as they opened and were met with such friendliness and patience. I’m not the most tech savvy and the woman at the desk offered to print the second part of paperwork to help ease the check-in process (I could’ve cried) The nurses and doctor were very personable and made my daughter comfortable enough to answer questions herself which doesn’t typically happen when she meets people a first time. We got all the medication we needed, my questions got answered kindly and we’re already on the mend. Thanks again!
