I brought my boyfriend here for them to look at his finger a little over 20 minutes before they closed. They stated we had to go to the ER because they were closing down in a few minutes....don't understand how a few minutes is the same as 20. I was told to go to urgent care instead of the hospital since it was a MINOR cut on the tip of his finger. I explained to them it's been bleeding for a little bit and we needed it wrapped up and looked at. They refused. I have been there past closing time before for larger issues then this and they have taken me in and treated me. They were very rude to me and my boyfriend and unprofessional. I was very upset because I needed some help with his minor injury and the male doctor REFUSED to even take a look at him. My boyfriend then called them after we left since he was very upset. He asked why we were pushed out of the door when we showed up some time before closing time. The receptionist said he was threatening them for asking because we were sitting outside in the car... which we were sitting outside because we were trying to find another urgent care and on the phone with our parents very upset. She then proceeded to hang up on him stating she was going to call the police. Which they didn't, they just didn't want to do there jobs when they were open. I wish they would have called because I would have a lot to say to the police department about a bunch of doctors sitting around over 20 minutes before closing time and REFUSING care to a MINOR that was in a little need of medical attention. We drove 30 minutes to the only urgent care we can make it to for medical attention. Just to be pushed away and treated with extreme nastiness. Very confused why they can answer the phones two minutes before closing but not help someone in need of a little medical attention over 20 minutes before closing. I am very upset about this experience, and I will never be coming back here. ZERO STARS
