Visited for a pre-employment drug screen, which I scheduled the week before for 9:30am. I arrived 10 minutes early to complete the required paperwork and then sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Typically this is a very quick in and out process so sitting there when I had scheduled an appointment was very frustrating. The staff was wonderful, however! Very professional and friendly.

I took my mother whom is over 95yrs to this urgent care,  and she was able to be seen within minutes. the care and attention they gave her just made her feel at ease. Great place and doctors. My mom was diagnosed by this amazing doctor with great communication skills and she was able  to talk to him with ease. Overall experience was great. I truly recommend this location.

The front lady was super nice, patient and attentive, so was the nurse. But the doctor in turn was rude and even kinda mean. I truly wouldn’t like to be treated with a “professional” that acted that way.

This is my second visit to this UC and both times was nothing like my other experiences. I went as a walk-in both times and there was no wait. I'm sure that varies depending on the day but nonetheless, staff was very friendly and moved quickly. There was no wait to see the dr once I was in an exam room and on both occasions they answered all my questions. The only thing this UC center should consider is the check-in process. There is no privacy when the front desk asks patients the reason for their visit. Maybe move the check-in desk farther away from the front door away from other waiting patients. Just a suggestion. Overall, I had a good experience.

Waited 30 minutes for staff to come to the front desk to check in my daughter who had flu like symptoms. Staff member did apologize but offer no reason as to why it took them so long to come to the front desk, they saw myself and another patient behind me waiting they were in the back laughing having a great time while people were waiting to check in. Also, after check-in waited unbelievably long to be called in. There were only four patients total totally unacceptable. The staff needs to be professional on time.

Came down with a severe head cold and was able to get an appointment right away. Very little wait time plus it’s comforting to view where you are in the waiting list. The staff and doctor were very friendly and showed concern for my care. I highly recommend this office in Watchung.

The staff was excellent to getting me in and being seen by the doctor. Doctor Ravjot Sodhi was very thorough and concerned about me as his patient. This is what the world needs to see, more doctors that show they care. Thank you Atlantic Health Urgent care in Watchung NJ.

I had to make 2 calls and wait hours to get x-ray results from NP who claimed was very busy with patients. I needed the results for my doctor to help me with the pain.

I was experiencing heavy coughing and congestion. I was able to schedule an appointment early in the morning.  I was soon quickly and everyone was pleasant and helpful
