Very caring and attentive doctors and staff!  I highly recommend this practice!

I was able to make an appointment very easily online. I was very anxious about my appointment and was running late out of work around 6PM. I called ahead to give a heads up. The guy at the front desk was very nice and told me not to rush and drive safe. When I walked in, there was no line. However, when I saw the brown curly hair/ tall nurse I was very uncomfortable. She could not wait to leave her shift. No eye contact. Mumbling through her mask. Speeding through all her questions. Zero empathy. Very snooty. Popping her gum. Here I am sitting very vulnerable and scared, and she made me feel worse. But the Dr I saw was great. He was very caring, attentive, and sweet.

Excellent staff and service. Was sick with a very high fever and able to go right over to this center. The physician and staff took great care of me. Very knowledgeable about my health issues.

The Medical Assistant did not have access to my History (that I provided weeks ago via the Atlantic Health Questionnaire). This is alarming to me in view of the fact that this Urgent Care location has a large, vertical banner containing the statement:  “Same electronic medical records as all Atlantic Health System locations for lab work, imaging, specialists, follow-up care and more.”

Dr and nurse were great. I have had nothing but good care at this facility

Went to the drs for wheezing and cough.  The dr was extremely nice, pleasant and had a great bedside manner.  Gave me a treatment and meds.   This was the best appointment.  KEEP THIS DR .   He was excellent

This was my worst experience ever in the 20 years being at Overlook. Lets start with with the rude Nurse. The place is freezing and you are just left for very long periods hours with no one checking on you. The Dr. Came in spoke quickly and disappeared. It was not until I muscled up the strength to make it to a nurses station did someone come check on me and then discharged me. They did do a lot of tests but all of the other issues I had like how the nurse threw food on counter and left. I can go on and on. But this was the worse experience i have ever had. I love Overlook but it needs to get better with staffing and sensitivity training.

Visit was fine but the wait time was said to be 45min-1hr, and I 2aited 2 hours to be seen. If the doctor or staff is on lunch just say that so people know.
