Excellent staff! Easy scheduling! Straightforward check-in. Care (from CMAs to the Dr) was great!

I have been bringing my 2 daughters for the past 4 years and never fail to provide the best care and service. The staff always so nice and friendly. Absolutely love this urgent care!

Scheduling was easy but it was way too long of a wait. I was the only person there, arrived 15min early, and still didn’t get out of there til 6pm (appointment was 5pm). All I needed was a throat swab and Rx, or just treatment. I came in knowing what it likely was and explained that. I just feel like there was no reason it should have taken that long given how nobody else was there (the app even said nobody was reserved ahead of me). Staff was friendly, care was alright… the provider was looking things up on her phone in front of me which is fine I guess but it didn’t really give me much confidence in her knowledge base… my chief complaint was sore throat.

Checked in for a nine o'clock appointment and my wait time was minimal. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor was very professional. She listened to me and took a few tests. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I like the fact that I could get my prescription right there and didn't have to make another stop at the pharmacy. I would recommend this facility.

Everything about Advance Urgent Care is great. The people and service are wonderful. I’ve already recommended the place to other people.

Office manager needs to be reminded about delivering genuine customer service. She is going to scare all your clients away if she doesn’t get checked. Comes off way too strong on people which is a huge red flag in the front line of the medical field.  Doctor was pleasant and should teach the office manager some of her customer service skills.

Super easy to check in. I only waited about 10-15 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and surprised me with knowing a very specific condition I was having with my eye. Definitely recommend!

I come here when my primary is unavailable so have been a few times. Excellent!. Waiting room is clean and inviting. Check in easy Scheduling easy Wait time almost non existent ALL of the staff have been great from the front desk to the docs The docs and the nurses are excellent as well they take the time to listen to you and answer any questions even though they are always super busy Absolutely recommend
