The treating provider checked my complaints and realized I was dehydrated I went in cause my covid was causing symptoms of a sore throat and double checked my blood pressure she was precise and caring these are tears you want to see - not just the mushy kind

Had an appointment, but still had to wait for over an hour.  Was first seen by medical assistant- this is where complaint is.  Medical assistant started speaking to our child providing his own diagnosis and plan of care as well as criticizing the body part our child came in for care on.  Children are impressionable and we feel this was out of line and his role.  He should just stick to taking vitals and noting why we were there - leave the diagnoses and plan do care to the physiciann. We will NOT be going back.

My son's Dr is not reliable so I go to this urgent care. I've been to others but this is my favorite one! The wait time is shorter then the others and the people here are so nice. Would recommend this place to everyone I know ❤️

Simple issue but yet annoying - a stye.  . Very friendly staff all around   Clean facility.  Nice to have somewhere to go on a Sunday afternoon rather than wait till Monday.  Would use again if needed

I have poison ivy called a teledoc provider in my insurance plan and the first provider did not give me a strong enough prescription. The second provider didn’t help at all and suggested I go to a local provider. I went to the Urgent Care and they took care of me and even discussed some home remedies for me.
