Had an allergic reaction from hair dye. I was able to schedule online quickly and easily. Upon arriving was signed in without any delays. Once checked in it took around 15 minutes to be called in. Don’t seems best to make an appointment if possible if not, walk ins are welcomed! Everyone from reception to nurse up to the seeing physician that day was great. They all made me smile although my face was half swollen😆

If you have an urgent health matter that you know is not a serious emergency, it is fortunate that urgent care exists. And, it is fortunate that there are many good ones to go to. I just needed a wound closed, and I knew I could go to urgent care. I just picked Carbon Health because it was close. But, I’m glad I did because it is a really good urgent care. The staff is friendly, caring, and efficient. It’s also a nice facility. I would definitely recommend carbon health.

Scheduling was easy. Selected a time several hours later on same day. Check-in was fine, but was told that they are not likely to bill my Medigap coverage. Wait times weren't bad at all. RN and NP listened well to my complaint.
