My 3 year old had tummy pain the wait was long but there was quite a few people there but right after we left an hr later my baby felt better! :)

Feeling sick. Did I walk in. Staff forgot I was in the room after confirming with me they were waiting on my discharge papers. So I went back into patient room and waited. Because I was told they would come get me once I get discharge. Waited and waited. Staff practically left and forgot about me. Without checking rooms to make sure no patients are left. Luckily doctor stayed behind to finish paperwork and was able to let me out. Not satisfied because I'm not feeling well. Getting forgotten. Definitely not going back if I ever feel sick again

I wish we did not have to wait so long but it’s understandable due to 15 people ahead of me. Flu season is hitting hard and many are sick including myself.

Front desk is awesome. Savanna was awesome. Not sure how they forgot call my prescription in but I didn’t get until the next day. I will never go back to this urgent care because they don’t care

Everyone was very nice & they took care of my daughter very well

I arrived and was taken back to a room very quickly.   The front office staff was very courteous as well as the gentleman who did my vitals! The provider was great also.   Took her time with me and was not hurried.    👍👍👍

As I arrived into the clinic, I told them that I was having chest pain. I still had to wait an additional hour before someone saw me and then after they saw me, they told me that I would have to go to the ER because they didn’t have the right equipment to verify if I had a heart attack or not with that being said if they already knew that they should not have seen me they should’ve just told me to go to the ER because there was nothing there that they could do for me. I don’t feel like it I should have paid anything because they not treat me was referred to ER. When I requested to go to the ER that’s where they should have let me go and not seen me. In my head it’s all about money and not my wellbeing.that I have to go and do it again at the ER. NOT HAPPY!

I am n chemo and had allergic reaction. they put me separate room as n chemo - I cant b exposed to flu or sickness. they were fast with me and gave perfect quick help.  I so Thankful to this clinic . i only go there if needed fast.

I scheduled an appt but they didn't show me on the list, maybe because it was a follow up, it was not to my understanding that a follow up would be treated as a new visit with another co-pay seems like a double bill to the insurance for same symthems. But office personal and doctor was great.
