I had to wait 1hr 30 minutes before I was seen due to there being only 1 provider. The NP was great. He thoroughly explained everything as he performed my procedure! He also made sure that I was as comfortable as possible.

The staff was nice and helpful. The Dr really listened and felt like she cared. I had a good experience. It usually takes a lot longer. I was so glad it didn’t take too long.

I arrived at 5:50 for my 6:15 appointment. I checked in online and it was after 7:00 before I was seen. Several walk-ins were taken before me. The only thing that saved this review from being all 1 starts is the Doctor on duty. She was amazing in every aspect. Her bedside manners, social skills and expertise were impeccable. Everything else was a disappointment. I truly hated to write this review but was it had to be done. I will be back in the future. I just hope my experience is nothing like this visit was.  Many Thanks!
