I woke up with unexplained hand pain. More than anything else I wanted to confirm there was no fracture or dislocation before starting my day. I was able to fill out paperwork online before my arrival, and planned to be there when they opened at 8am. There was no wait to be seen (more because the clinic was empty at 8am than because I scheduled a visit online). The staff were friendly, and the facilities clean and convenient. The provider didn't have the best bedside manner nor was his exam the most thorough (although it is urgent care, I suppose), but he ordered the x-ray I wanted. The x-ray tech seemed to know what he was doing, and the provider quickly went over the x-rays with me. I would recommend a visit here over visiting an ER - especially if you require simple imaging - but would have preferred to see my PCP

Did not schedule to have shoulder/chest pain and suspected Covid checked. Waited over 2 1/2 hours before being called from the waiting room. While both the nurse and Dr. were very empathetic toward my situation, I felt the review of my EKG may have been a bit cursory - possibly because it was near the end of what had probably been a long day. As recommended, I will be following up with my cardiologist.

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.

Came in with fever…staff did a flu test (negative). By the time the doctor came in, she didn’t even bother to examine me…told me it was probably viral. Not to worry…it’s going around.  Could it be a UTI? Probably not…I’ve never had a doctor worry so little or try so hard NOT to find a solution.

Had a swollen on my left hand from an accident and I decided to go have it check since the typical method of using an ice pack wasn't effectively working. When I walked in to the lobby, I was able to get help right away. The staff are very quick and friendly and may I add caring as well. I love the fact everyone I dealt with was super friendly and very caring about my well-being. I recommend this location to anyone who doesn't like to wait and doesn't like dealing with non- caring people. This place services way better than going to the hospital. Thank you for your service.

Although I had an appointment I had to wait over an hour to be seen. If you cannot honor the appointment within 30 minutes, please adjust appointments accordingly. Thank you

The appointment time was good. I  didn’t have any  covid symptoms but they tested me. They were not sure what was wrong with me.

I have two insurances, and I know with two, I dont pay co pay.  The second insurance picks up the rest from the primary insurance.  It was just an office visit. I tried to explain but the manager insisted that I pay or not going to see the doctor.   My husband(also with two insurances)  had the  same situation and took 6 months to get our refund back.    They dont know their  insurances  procedure.   The service was good but billing wasnt.

Everyone was efficient, yet warm and welcoming. PA was excellent as was the nurse who took X-rays. Check in was easy, also

The office staff was great to keep wait time as short as possible and the attending Dr was very detailed and personable to review my symptoms and treatment. Recommend the provider
