The staff was very friendly. The doctor listened to my concerns and treated me with kindness and respect. We were happy to use a facility that was linked to Atlantic Health and had access to MyChart. We strongly recommend this facility for urgent care needs.

Everyone was so pleasant and courteous from checkin to staff we were in and out within minutes. The care we received was 5 stars. Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family!

all good except NP prescribed an incorrect medicine. She said she would prescribe another drug. I had to get at a Walgreens as it was after hours. After waiting for half an hour pharmacist couldn’t fill as it had no instructions on the script. NP wrote it wrong. Tried to reach someone and it took all day.  The doctor in charge made alot of excuses.  She had to follow her protocol and didn’t seem interested in what my regular eye doctor would detect. I lost it. Hung up. In the past I had good experiences here. They usually had a real doctor see you. Seems like everything is now in the hands of PA or NP.  There is a reason doctors spend many years to learn medicine.

Everything about this Urgent Care is exceptional. Sparkling clean. Friendly and caring staff. Easy to schedule appointment. My doctor was one of the best. Dr. Joanne Marmol-Marmolejos us exemplary. She is the epitome of what a doctor should be. She was truly focused on my well-being. Studied my chart, listened, explained simply, possessed medical knowledge, diagnostic skills, empathy and respect. She knew just what to do for my health and well being. Thank you so much!

Easy to schedule on-line. Also filled out paperwork on-line. Greeted warmly upon entering. Spotless reception area and medical room. Nurse practiser thorough and nice. Doctor thorough and nice. I would recommend!

It was very easy to make the appointment online. Staff who checked me in were professional and friendly. The nurse/tech/MA was very professional and caring. The physician was very reassuring and supportive! Loved her!I would absolutely recommend this physician!!!!

Went in with a sore throat. Appointment was 8:40. I was in and out by 9:00.  The tech was very nice. Great bedside manner and the Dr. Marmol-Marmolejo was very kind and knowledgeable.
